Why we're asking
The target will fund a dedicated, Norwich-based Family Support Coordinator — costed at £47,600 for year one. The role is non-clinical: practical and emotional support for families, from the point of diagnosis onwards, working alongside NHS teams. Piloted across Norfolk and Waveney, the Coordinator aims to support 20–25 families in year one, rising 25–30% annually.
